        The parks have a serious trash problem, they are always overflowing, leading to raccoons. It's very unsanitary. The owner regularly digs through the resident's trash, completely disregardiny any privacy you would assume to have. He says he's looking for names and numbers of people he believes are dumping trash there illegally.
