        I have had the storage unit for over two years. And twice Leo has said I have have owed over three months when I have paid consistently. (the first I have to admit was when his assistant stole his money and took his books). You are better paying more elsewhere than here. Because more than likely he will say you owe him when you have paid multiple times.
