        Went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was very rude with a stank attitude... no one should be that rude when dealing with customers! She’s clearly in the wrong field! Needless to say I left and went to another McDonald’s

        Poor Performance Again and Again

        This franchise continually makes mistakes on the drive through. Not just once, but many times. We visited there tonight...wrong items. We visited there three days ago on Wednesday...items missing. Frustated to not end, I'll now drive an extra 4-miles to the corner of High House Road and Cary Parkway. In three plus years of ordering from that McDonald's franchise, we never had a problem with the order.
