        Overall

        This store never has what I am looking for, and on the rare occasion that I ask for a particular item, they look dazed and tell me they don't carry it and then I end up finding it on my way out the door. They also have a 100percent satisfaction guaranteeing, but if you return something they make you feel really bad about it.
