General Info

Creative and intelligent sequencing of yoga asanas (postures) with the yogic science of sound vibration (via breath, mantra, rhythm and music), classic dharma (teachings), and adept hands-on assists. Satsang is Sanskrit for Satya (Truth) & Sanga (community). The ancient practices emphasize good health, a clear mind and a kind heart, which come through stretching, releasing, strengthening, singing, laughing, connecting. It is a physical and psychological tuning. We come together and reflect to one another the possibility of our highest potential, empowering each others' desire to live in truth, authenticity and joy.

FREE for the budget minded who is interested in mindfulness or you can offer a $5 donation. For beginners and experience students alike. This simple class is designed to help you develop a consistent meditation practice. Continuity is the secret to success. You will learn the basic elements of how to facilitate a daily practice. With readings and guidelines from masters, there will also be time for discussion. The class starts with guided and detailed instruction, then silent meditation, then discussion based on a reading, teacher's interest or meditators' questions.
Absolute Advanced - Slow is the New Advanced
Do you have what it takes to be Advanced? A true Yoga practice means nothing is exactly what it seems. Challenge the idea of what is actually meant by an "advanced practitioner". No previous knowledge necessary. Even the most advance strive for the beginner's mind: the first experience that turned everything on. As the Tao Te Ching says "if you want to advance an inch, retreat a yard". Open up deep seeded holdings, move wakefully and intelligently. Give your body the ease it longs for and your mind the rest it deserves. Leave blissful; knowing something simple but profound has shifted towards joy. *This class has been blowing away our regular 8:30a crew.

Via breath awareness, expect an invigorating, comprehensive experience including seated, standing, balancing, forward and back bends, twists & inverted postures. Our skilled teachers offer an atmosphere of trust and adventure for all bodies with optional advanced variations & novice modifications, including exploration, wall work, & props. Eclectic, inspired music often plays an integral role. Newbies can do what they can, watch, listen, and integrate.
Hi $5 Busy People
This class is a $5 suggested donation. Experience a hot physical practice, meditation and deep relaxation, all in 45 minutes! These yoga classes are emotionally stabilizing as well as challenging, stimulating, healthful and evolutionary! Because it is a fixed sequence, you have an opportunity to progress to the level of mastery by committing to a consistent, steady, regular sadhana. Great for those who want to include a robust asana practice in a manageable daily routine. This is a strict vinyasa class, meaning one breath, one movement from start to finish.
Prenatal
One of the most miraculous and magical experiences is the gift of birthing a child. During these weeks of growing a baby, a woman wants to feel strong, supple, intuitive, relaxed, supported, and prepared. The womb-life and first three years of life set the entire life's course. Through conscious pregnancy, birthing and early parenting, we set the foundation for life-long health and happiness in a child. Conscious mothers are perhaps the greatest way we can help bring peace to the world. Come and be with other expecting mothers throughout your pregnancy, practicing yoga and meditation, while you experience the enormous physical, emotional and spiritual changes that prepare you to create and welcome another soul.
Candlelight Slow Flow
The night time is the right time. What a way to wind down from a hectic day. Great for insomniacs! By Candlelight, Slow and Low, that is the tempo! Perfect for beginning or if you're finding a way to practice with more ease of effort and strife - this is the class for you! A classic smooth, gentle flow of postures superbly weaved together combined with breath, giving health for your spine and mind. Tenderly moving the spine in all 6 directions (forward, back, side to side, right & left), this class will give you a foundation of movement based in poise and mastery.

Kundalini
"Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it's the art to experience Infinity in the finite". - Yogi Bhajan As taught by YOGI BHAJAN. The practice of kriyas and meditations in Kundalini Yoga are designed to raise complete body awareness to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. The majority of the physical postures focus on navel activity, activity of the spine, and selective pressurization of body points and meridians. Breath work and the application of bandhas (3 yogic locks) aid to release, direct and control the flow of Kundalini energy from the lower centers to the higher energetic centers.
