The website lets you order 1 hour pictures, but they won't bother staffing the department so the pictures will be ready in an hour. Then when you make a special trip the next day to get the pictures, the associate is rude and unapologetic about the fact that they don't "bother to schedule" someone during the hours that the department is supposed to be open.
