        Called at 600 in morning told me it would be around 100 pm before they could get there called at 1225pm and told me they were on the way .had parts on the truck and fix my furnance in less than 2 hrs

        Three years ago I would have given 5 stars across the board. But these days when you call, they say they will call you back and never do or they say "we'll get to it next week" and you never hear from or see them. I guess customer service and their mission statement doesn't mean the same thing these days.

        I recently moved to the area. I've worked for bigger outfits that only cared about the bottom line. The management at Shepards cares about its employees and its customers. Prices are fair and the people are friendly. I actually like my job. That means something.
