1st Choice Transmission

First Choice Transmissions is by far the best automotive repair shop that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Everyone there was very nice to me. I felt like they really cared about my situation. And they fixed my Ford Explorer at half what everyone else was trying to charge me. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

So I read the reviews posted and I, AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER (I see one of the reviews claims the owner is posting fake favorable reviews) HIGHLY recommend first choice transmissions!!! I found first choice transmissions online to fix the transmission on my 1989 ford ranger. I doubt know what to expect going in but I sure am glad I found them! Sparky has gone so far above and beyond to fix my vehicle and I am so thankful to them for all their work!

So I don't really understand the bad reviews because they have been NOTHING but honest and upstanding to me! Thanks again Sparky!

I picked up my 1998 Explorer from First Choice Transmissions today. On Tuesday morning I called and said that I was interested in their service and that I needed my vehicle ready in two days because of a trip I have to make to Spokane. The vehicle was ready today, just as I was promised. I have nothing but good things to say about First Choice transmission. I let them know that I would be posting a review because of the excellent job that they did. When I came to this site and read the reviews I saw that a good company was being attacked. I sincerely hope that this lady Jenny finds out who it is that Accused her of having a review made by Bill. I believe that it is very evident to me and any others who read this that this William H is also the one who made the anonymous A complaint. That is the only thing that I can see in common out of all of these reviews. I will personally contact the owner tomorrow morning and let him know about this bad individual who is obviously harassing their company. First Choice Transmissions deserves this five-star rating that I have given them. When your customer feedback is so low that you have to create a fake profile to make one single positive review for yourself. Hey everyone Jenny is actually Bill in disguise and how you can tell is pay attention to the keywords he is using in the review then check out his responses to the other customers. "Bill" "Phony" "Lie" hmm looks pretty suspicious to me oh and the date he made the response review and the edits happens to be the same date that "Jenny" made that wonderful review about himself on 2/8/17.

I am a mother of six and I have a 2005 BMW that everybody out there was quoting me well over $5,000 to repair. I told Bill how I did not have much money being as how my husband had abandoned me and my children. Bill assured me that he could do it for at least half that price if not less and he fixed my BMW for just a little under $2,800. When I read this post from anonymous A I was very shocked. Bill is completely the opposite of what this supposedly Anonymous A has stated in his phony complaint. I called Bill and he told me the whole story about this guy. I believe Bill because every other customer that I ran into there had nothing but good things to say about this company. I have never been to such an honest shop in all my years . Everybody there is very friendly and more than helpful. I think something should be done about people who post reviews in which they have lied. There ought to be some law against this. Bill is by far the most honest manager I have ever met

Sparky and Bill are the worst business people ever! They do not communicate did you not bring you your car when they say they are. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Do not use this shop for anything. Was quoted $500, when the work was done it cost over $700. I couldn't get my truck back until I paid the extra. My truck is now spraying transmission fluid everywhere and I was told it wasn't their fault. It is now going to cost $1000 or more to repair.

This guy tells you one thing and then will blind sides you don't trust him he stole my car buy adding hidden fees that he didn't tell me about and now he doesn't want to get my car back to me
