I took my steam cleaner in for repairs after calling two other vacuum stores. The other places immediately over the phone told me that I will probably need a pump as this is a common failure with Bissell Steamers. This guy however told me to bring it in for a free estimate and that it is most likely clogged and the lines need to be flushed out. He quoted me $25 if that was it. He was right. My steamer was ready the next day and the bill was $25. He recommended this all natural shampoo he sells and told me to expect outstanding results, so I tried it. Incredible, not only does my steamer work like new again, but my carpet hasn't looked this good in years. Stains that have never come out before are gone. It has been several weeks since that day and the stains never returned as before. They are gone for good. AMAZING SERVICE AND AMAZING PRODUCTS.
