we called for an estimate for new AC, the technician arrived, and stated we needed a new air conditioner. . .which we already knew. . .he stated there would be no charge since no service was preformed. however, we were later billed a substantial amount even though nothing was done. they also dont serve over the counter . ..so if u need a part that someone else could install, dont use USAIR because they make u pay one of their own workers to come and install ANY part.



SUMMARY



they r very expensive and dont sell over the counter. . .i recommend Hoover heating and air!
