I honestly I like PPPM
My first week I moved in rental house from them they gave us a called to Ensure ask if everything's all right? And told us if theres anything they can help us/ assist to make our place better for are living better Just call them. And I was speechless when comes xmas they mailed us 2dinner gift cards. Wow I never see that in my renting history ever. Yes PPPM is very professional care about their tenants. And This is my 2nd. yrs we are Renting from them.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! Run, don't walk away from this place as fast as you can.

From the beginning. I was promised to be able to move in, and on the day I was supposed to move in the apartment was not ready. The cleaning lady was cleaning my apartment as I was moving my stuff in, and the manager couldn't even be bothered to be in the office when I showed up to get the key. I had to wait. NO HOURS were posted on their website or on their leasing office.

We have been lucky to work with Park Place on many different aspects of property management. This isn't the easiest business to be in and in fact, more people dislike landlords than just about any other profession. With this said, I think Park Place does the best they can to both the owner of the property and the person leasing the property. They follow the landlord / tenant guide for the State of Idaho in their professional practice and manage the units to ensure maximum revenue for the owner. Property management is never going to make everyone happy, but I view a management company in their policies and practices and Park Place follows theirs to a capital "T"! I am proud to work with a company with their ethics and goals.

overall I have had a wonderful experience with Park Place management and I would in fact recommend them to anyone looking for property to rent. yes I am writing this review because they asked me to write a review...however I am writing an honest review. they have been very upfront with their policies for both pets and property rules. they have been extremely nice to my Partner and myself. when i have given negative feedback it has always been met with optimism and a willingness to fix whatever the problem was. the application process was easy and fast. the move in process was quick and easy. I look forward to staying with park place even if I don't stay at my new address. thanks Park place.

Let me tell you how difficult of a rat race it is to find a good place in boise. Reality companies were unfair in their accepting of applications and did not work off a first come first serve basis which made it very difficult . park place gave us time and kindness and returned all calls within 24 hrs. so far so good with this review!!

I want you to know that my family was looking forward to having a place to call home, we took a risk on this company and well, this company is dishonest. As Monica Stated, Park Place took a picture of another duplex and showed it claiming this is the duplex we were renting.



I would tell my friends and family to stay away.

They are in business to make money however they can. I don't even know where to start there have been so many problems. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to leave but in the end it is whatever they decide. They charge owners, tenants and whoever they can to make a buck. If you choose to do business with them take pictures of everything. Before, during, and after. Scan every document because if you want a copy the chances are they lost it if it will help you. They for sure have it if it helps them. Their employee turnover is astounding with new managers every few weeks. Maintenance people change like underwear. Anyone with a conscious finds out quickly they can't work there and sleep at night.



I'm not sure what else to tell you to be helpful. Just document EVERYTHING! The chances are the person you dealt with will be gone when you want to have them verify something. Don't pay with a credit card unless you want a $35 processing fee that there is no mention of until you get your bill. Don't take anything verbal ask for it in writing. Their move in report only addresses damage but you are responsible for the furnace filter, batteries in smoke detectors, oven pans, door stops, bugs in lights. Our place was terribly dirty when we moved in but they charge $25/hr to clean when you move out if it's not perfect. Good luck...
