        Excellent experience!

        Jim is extremely professional, honest, and obviously knows what he is doing. Best mechanic I have encountered in years! Put on new brake pads and machined my rotors. Car was done in two hours from drop off to pick up and the price was way less than the money-pit I used to go to in Naples. I am pumped to have found Jim to work on our Highlander and Camry. He answers questions and does not push unnecessary work on his customers. Have already told two coworkers about the place. Taylor

        Love this mechanic!

        Jim took great care of my husband's car. He made a lot of calls to get us good prices on parts and tires. He also had our tires ordered and installed in one day! He's very honest, trustworthy, and I will only go to Jim for all my car needs from now on!

        A magician with cars!

        I took my car to an automotive center that specializes in electrical systems and was quoted an outrageous price for the repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion from Jim Washburn. First he realized the problem was NOT what the other company said it was, then he fixed it for a fraction of the price and I had my car back that afternoon!
