        I was sorely disappointed when I asked to exchange a 20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters for my girl scout troops cookie booth. Because my name was not on a bank account they refused to help me, even though is was a direct money exchange.

        We had a car financed here. Couldn't believe that you can't pay online. Seems like an easy thing to do.
