Overall

Everyone that has had these horrible issues needs to file a complaint with the BBB and do whatever it takes to hold a business like this accountable, they already have two BBB complaints (now) and the associated Murfreesboro location, three. Too many are having the same shady issues like service engine lights coming on right after buying, that's more than a happenstance, being misled, dealing with rude staff, being ignored , this shouldn't fly for anyone, STAND UP Speak loud...Had the car two weeks and already had a tire blow, $500+ to replace all tires as they were all bad, service engine light, catalytic converter, $1000+, oil was disgusting so oil change $60+, transmission leaking (fresh green sealant hmmm cover up? yep) cost $????? ALOT...., battery weak so new battery will be needed, haven't bought yet but I'm guessing over $100, rotors bad, and the list goes on and on. Owner or "someone that could help" was supposed to call me back and I've waited all day yesterday, all day today..silence. Watch the news and news outlets. I will not let this happen to any other elderly person or teenager or single moms that are taken advantage of. I don't play this unethical game and will go to the fullest extent to prevent this from happening to one more person. I implore EVERYONE that is reading this BUYER BEWARE, go somewhere else if you want to be treated with value and actually get a value. When the listing says "EXCELLENT" condition that means they are stating the entire car (not just the cosmetic) and at best this car is POOR to FAIR. The rude manager will post defensively blaming the customer but there is bad ethical business practices going on so ignore the "defense" because the truth will become evident........
