I'll Haul It

I recently discussed the rental of a storage unit, paid for and signed all documents to rent from CubeSmart and was SCAMMED !!! I was told that I would be able to rent a unit, get a free day from a moving company, and my next payment wouldn't be due for the storage unit until March. When I tried to get the moving truck I found out that I had paid for a " Voucher For One Hour Off" of a moving cost from Two Men and A Truck. However, in order to retain the moving truck I had to pay an upfront fee of $105.00 for the second hour as the moving company requires a two hour minimum. This is not a "Special" if the customer has to come out of pocket for a moving company that the customer didn't want in the first place. Because I was not satisfied with being mislead, I requested my money to be put back onto my bank card and CubeSmart stated that it takes at least seven days to go back to my bank account!!! This place was a waist of my time and money. In the end, I called upon U. S. storage and

"I'll Haul It " moving services located in Nashville, TN gave me an excellent moving special that he honored. Happy ending to a tragic beginning.

They were on time and worked quickly. Very thorough, professional and friendly service. The price was really reasonable

Bryant and his cousin did a fantastic job with my recent move!!! They were very courteous and professional. They also made me laugh the entire morning of the move. It was the most enjoyable move that I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Bryant's company to friends and family!

I used I'll Haul It a while back and for the first time, I encountered a very reasonable company who actually cared about the customer and didn't over price! They used stellar service and was extremely professional. I highly recommend them to any and everyone who might consider using this company.

Bryant and his crew worked all day removing large cut down branches, limbs and timber from a large church property in 35 degree weather. They were courteous, timely and hard workers. I will recommend and definitely use them again. Thanks, Jay.
