I've received awful customer service multiple times at this particular location, but specifically why I will NEVER visit this location again is because of the manager there named MERCEDES. She is awful. She has no CS skills and the owners that I complained to made excuses for her awful attitude.

I had received bad CS and was late to work as a result of waiting and waiting to be waited on so I complained online and was sent a postcard offering free breakfast. When I presented the postcard to MERCEDES she insisted that it was a fake and that the name on it was forged, and that I was lying, her words, no kidding. But she said that she would honor it "this time". I immediately contacted the person who sent me the postcard for the free meal and she sit on the phone making up excuses for this woman's bad customer service skills and the owner did the same thing so I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN EVEN IF THEY WERE PAYING ME TO DO SO and if I could rate less than a 1 I would.

Don't listen to your order & mess up all the time. pay for higher priced items & end up getting the cheapest especially in the drive thru
