One big disappointment after another. Before 1 yr evaporator coil and compressor fails. . Going on 3 weeks without AC. Finally, Reliance installed a unit free of charge after 3 days of missing work and several attempts to fix unit. However, now in 3rd week and new unit still not working. Not sure if it’s a mechanical issue or if technicians are not skilled or trained in this work. Technician claimed new unit was working without even performing a walk thru for me to confirm; in a rush to his next appt. Called 24 hr service call center and all they could do is pass a message to on call tech. Let’s see if the poor service continues. Now 84* inside.

Nothing but problems every time I have to deal with them. I work in new construction and have used them for installs and maintenance. Their office people never respond promptly, if at all, to emails or calls. They never show up on the days they promise to and there is always some sort of communication issue between the techs and the customer service. WORST. COMPANY. EVER

I used Reliance Heating & Air because they were recommended by my builder in the documentation I received when I bought my townhouse. It has been nothing but one disappointment after another. The first negative incident occurred in April 2013 when I had to have emergency service on a weekend. The fix turned out to be simple, but the technician was incredibly rude and threatening, cursing me for ruining his weekend. Fast forward to 2 years later, I purchase the preventive spring/fall maintenance package. For every appointment, they were late. As I write this review, they have missed their window once again. I called, and get some excuse that "Ronnie has been out all week" (as if I know or should care who Ronnie is), and that she really did mean to call me much sooner to let me know that no one would be coming out for my scheduled visit...a visit that was scheduled WEEKS AGO!!! I have had to miss several hours of work waiting for them to show up for appointments that deep down I know they are going to miss. There are just too many HVAC companies in Nashville. The only reliance I have on this company is that they are going to just not show up.
