Waited a week on an estimate. They were very nice on the phone making the appointment. My appointment was for 2 to 3. After waiting until 3:10 with no call, I called the office and the nice lady had the sales person, Jeff call me, which he did shortly afterwards. Now my job was a small minimum charge job, but it was important to me. Jeff told me he was on the east side and would not be making it today but would e mail me a bid. Most all of us have cell phones and a simple call ahead of time is the way a company and sales person gives customer service. Jeff dropped the ball on this sale. They may be the best company out there, but right from the start by not calling that day or ahead of time, it was bad. We have all waited for a company for one reason or another. And when you plan your day around their visit and they don't call or are late, it gives you a bad taste right from the start.

Where do I begin, I could not be More Pleased with my decision to hire 3G for my many projects on my home and new addition . Stewart, my sales person is kind he listens! Knowledgeable , professionals , they were able to address all my homes issues and were and are willing to go above and beyond what's contracted to make things right when they notice issues while working. They were on time every time and very good at communicating during the project, always willing to answer my questions. Extremely pleased, I invite anyone to come see my home as a reference.

I had my home in Ave Maria, Florida custom painted by Ken Slater from 3G Seamless Gutter. I can't say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism Ken Slater has shown throughout the entire project. I had several bids from other painting companies but what impressed me most was the breakdown for labor and material 3G Seamless Gutters provided me and the time it would take to complete the project. The other painting contractors only provided a lump sum bid. Not only did 3G Seamless do an excellent job, they also completed the project ahead of schedule. It sure was great to be able to call a place for with an emergency situation and get a Great Group of people to help you out! Roof wind damage from the latest high winds we had and Dustin and his crew were out the next day to take care of it. Looks great and a job well done.

3G came out this week to install a new roof on my home in Rochester. One of the owners Jake was very informative and knowledgeable about the material. His crew worked fast and efficient, even through all four seasons we've experienced this week in Michigan! Ha ha thanks guys! Looking forward to working with you again in the fall for windows!

Brett and his crew did a very professional job installing a new gutter on our home in Barefoot Beach, FL. I learned about 3G Seamless Gutters through our property manager who said they had done a number of jobs in our neighborhood. This a tough neighborhood to work on roofing and gutters because all the homes are 70 feet tall (beach front on stilts). I highly recommend Brett and his team

Called 3G to replace leaking gutters around the lanai. Alex and Frank came late the next afternoon. They worked in 100 plus degree temperatures to complete the job. Quality work at a reasonable price. Good job guys.

Classy organization. These guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my gutters that were damaged by a large falling tree, and the end result was excellent. Price was great, they were prompt, and they cleaned up behind themselves. Would recommend to anyone.
