A-1 Airport Cars

I have started using A-1 Airport Cars exclusively for my private car service needs to and from Metro Airport. The cars are immaculate, the drivers are very punctual, and their rates are very competitive. Most of my use is for business travel, but I recently used them for a personal trip. My husband has mobility issues and we were very concerned to find that they aren't allowed to pick us up at the curb outside baggage claim. The driver was very compassionate and worked hard to insure my husband was able to make the short trip to the garage parking without undue stress. Additionally when I had multiple flight delays due to weather on a past business trip, they continually monitored the status of my flight and although I arrived several hours after my intended return time, the driver was right there in baggage claim to greet me when I arrive.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car service.

I made an online reservation through the web, and it gave me a confirmation number and stated that I will receive a confirmation email shortly. That email never came, so I called to be sure. Good thing I did, because when I called they told me that they rejected my reservation because they didn't have any cars available. Why couldn't they call to let me know so that I can make other arrangements in time? In short, they are perfectly willing to leave you starnded for their convenience.

Arrived 2 hours late due to weather in the DTW area. The driver was right there at baggage pickup waiting on us. Car was clean and cheaper to Ann Arbor than taxi's I've used in the past

With 6 year old Toddler, hiring services in an unknown land is always tricky, but A-1 Airport Cars proved to be a real good choice. Their moderns and mobile compatible website www.A-1AirportCars.com provides a quick and easy online reservation which was confirmed within 15 mins. Since with family you have to be absolutely sure, I called them before boarding my flight to DTW and Sam confirmed the reservation with our Flight details marked down. On landing at DTW, right outside the baggage claim we met our driver Jim with our name card. He was humble to greet us and helped us with our baggage. The towncar at service was neat from inside out and provided free water, chocolate for our kid and some Michigan tour guides as well. We passed several landmarks and the driver was polite and helpful in guiding us places. It was a 2.5 hour long drive to Grand Rapids, but we didn’t feel a bit of tired and enjoyed chatting with him. At our drop off to my friends home, he helped with baggage upto inside the house and gave us a receipt for the cash paid. He was thankful for the additional $5 tip as a token of thankfulness.

We hired them again when we were to visit Ann Arbor and Dearborn during our stay and every time we got the same service levels and promptness. We feel great to recommend them to anyone for an airport ride or Michigan Tour. You won’t go wrong with them.

The service rendered by A-1 Airport Cars in one word was exceptional. Being a businessman I know how much it means to delight your customers with good customer service skills & make them leave with a happy thought. I was told by their Rep. that it is the quality of service and not just the quantity that matters to them and they exemplified that process by making my rental experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Our chauffeur stayed patiently late hours while my family would dine out, yet he'd return right on time the next morning to accompany me to my next mode of transportation so I could continue my travel. Even going out of his way 3 times, I never felt him twitchy about any request I would have made during the whole trip. That's what you call customer service. I look forward to get their services any day henceforth, my best wishes to them always!

I am a student living in Ann Arbor, and I've come to use their service a few times in the past year, since I have limited transportation. They've always been consistent with picking me up in time, making sure I get to my destination, and providing professional service. It's a step up from using a regular taxi company- they have luxury cars, which are very well maintained, and their cars have neutral colors, their drivers are always dressed for the job. Their prices are fair enough to match those same taxi companies, however. I've never had a bad experience, and their service has been excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who expects more from their chauffeur service. hope this helps!
