Chris and his team at A+ Service and Repair are dependable, thorough, and reasonable in their rates and service. As a property manager (www.navytonavy.com) overseeing maintenance issues, I've called on A Plus many times, both small and tough jobs.
I highly recommend Chris and his service without hesitation. They've always done a great job for us!

SCAM ALERT! These individuals are scammers and thieves! I hired them to repair a wine fridge for me. These thieves picked-up my appliance from my office and told me they would have it fixed in a matter of days. This was three weeks ago. They stopped answering my phone calls and have not returned my calls in over 10 days. Needless to say they did not return my appliance. I have filed a report with the BBB and am in the process of filing a police report.

Unprofessional is an understatement: Do Not Use Chris Richardson/ A plus service and repair. I wish I read more reviews before calling this company. My dryer was working well before I called Chris, the only issue is that it was making a Squeaking noise, so called Chris to fix, he came out very disorganized, dumping his box of parts all over the garage, he ended up replacing a $2 part and said he would throw in a free belt for $79 tried to charge my $129. ( note: my belt was fine), 2 days later the dryer would not work at all, called Chris to come back out to fix, we set times to meet and he would not show up, he made excuses about having truck issues, not feeling well etc. with persistence I got him back out. He takes it apart and says I need a new belt and a few other things. He said it will be an extra $50, (mind you the dryer spun fine before he messed with it).. So, he was going to get parts come right back to fix it, he never showed back up! He left the dryer in pieces all over the garage, I found out that he also broke the door shutoff switch! I am very frustrated, and I have a dryer that is in worse shape than before I called him. He wasted a lot of my time, ripped me off, and broke my dryer. His business skills are terrible, use a better person.

A direct quote from the A Plus website states that "owner Chris Richardson firmly believes that the customer should not just be "pleased" with the repair itself; but also with the repair cost, and the overall service experience. " If only Chris himself knew how to improve his customer service abilities. He was very unfriendly and was unwilling to wait a few minutes as I was stuck in traffic. He said he would wait "5 minutes and no more". He was extremely rude and disrespectcul and started yelling and arguing with me on the phone. He should probably take notes from his employees who were all very friendly. Not really sure how he runs a business with that type of behavior. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this man.

My Ice maker had stopped working, so I started looking around for some companies to get some quotes. After dealing with a couple of other businesses, I came across A plus and they came out and diagnosed my problem rather quickly, and at a much cheaper price mind you.
A day later they came back out after the diagnosis and fixed up my ice maker and it has been working like a charm ever since. The technician was very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend A plus to anyone, they really know what the are doing, and the pricing is great as well.

I needed someone to come out and diagnose my washer at my apartment. I called around to a few places then I found A Plus. A Plus explained to me what happened over the phone after I told him the problem. I still needed them to come out and confirm that diagnosis for me so I asked him to come out. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and completely customer service oreinted. The problem was that my washer had flooded over into my apartment and into four other apartments as well. The complex wanted to make me pay for it saying that it was not the machines fault. I knew better and found that it was the machines fault by using A Plus. A Plus not only left me with an invoice but they were also fantastic enough to take a copy to the office so that it could be proven that it was the machine that malfunctioned. If I could give A plus a better grade I would! My suggestion to anyone who needs service and/or repair is to call A Plus and you will always get the best.

I have used Chris multiple times and also sent him to my brothers for repairs.He has always been respectful and is completely trustworthy.He does a great job at a fair price and has always fixed the problem. Just like any service type business, the tech can get bogged down by unexpected problems at a job and may arrive late at the next job. More times than not,it is not the techs fault...and Chris will not compromise on his customers repairs.If you want to have someone in your home who you can trust to do the right thing,then A Plus Appliance is the one to call.

A+ is disorganized and disrespectful of other's time...
A+ advised a repair man would be at my house at 5p sharp one evening, I had to leave work early to meet the guy at my house (per HIS request, that was the only time he could "fit me in"). Guess what? He didn't showed up nor did I receive a courtesy call to advise he would be unable to make the appointment. Called twice to "reschedule," never heard back. Disorganized when making the appointment, appointment scheduler thought he had MISSED my service call (should have been a red flag at that moment) but I had left a message AND sent an email requesting to schedule an appointment that day. Not recommended at all. Two thumbs down.
