i had my GF call ABL to come out and repair our washer unit that was grinding n not spinning. the guy came out had her run a load of wash and since the problem didnt happen at that time he told her to clean some lines and charged us $65 and left w/out ever even inspecting the washer. Problem is back now and we wasted $65 for nothing. If u like giving your money away for nothing this is the company to use. If you want an actual repair done id suggest calling someone else

The repair technician came out and removed a part from our front load washer. He did not leave us the part. He said it was broken and that he would be back the next day to repair our machine. We not only had to call him midday the next day to see if he was, in fact, returning to repair our machine, but we are on day 4 of not having a washer with a child who is potty training!



Do not use this company. They are not dependable and do not seem to care.
