Airport Shuttle Taxi

What can I say? I cannot review your service because you never turned up to take my husband to the airport this morning. He ended up having to drive himself and will have to leave the car there for over a week. Unbelievable. When no one had arrived after 10 minutes and he tried calling the phone just rang and rang - not even a message service. When he finally got through he got told 'oh someone called last night to cancel and I thought that was you'.

Guess the cancelled customer will be getting an unexpected visit today?

If you're gonna run a business that people rely on, I urge you to have a more professional system in place where this sort of thing doesn't happen.
