        Didn't keep their appointment

        Hi Everyone,

        I hired All Island to replace a water heater and they called the day before (the message on my cell i didn't get) and the morning of to tell me they had a bigger job. I took the day off of work and schedule this 3 weeks out. So much for that lost precious vacation day. I wouldn't count on them to keep their word or appointments. They don't deserve the business from hard working folks.

        Good luck finding an honest plumber. Unhappy in Whidbey.
