America's Tire Company

I was told by a family member America's Tire was great. WELL I DISAGREE.



I called this store and inquired about Bridgestone tires that are standard size. I did request that the tires be white sidewall. They gave me a price and said they would be ordered and would arrive in a couple of days. I was informed that ONLY Bridgestone made white wall in this size 215/70R15.



I called the store again 4 days later and inquired about the tires I ordered. DUH "let me see if they came in" was the response. "No maybe in our next delivery".



WELL this is now a week and a half later and still no contact from store. I WENT TO A COMPETIOR AND PURCHASED what I needed (in stock) different brand and white wall.



I believe that the folks at this Pacific Ave location need some updated training in customer service. I was in retail sales for over 40 years and NEVER treated customers with unimportance.
