How they manage to stay in business is a mystery to me. Hands down, worst company I've ever had to deal with. Have made numerous appointments with them, all of which were no shows on their half. The guy who works there just doesn't seem very smart to begin with. Kind of a ditz. The only reason I've had to deal with them on numerous occasions is because they "fixed" my refrigerator. It broke again an was in worse shape than before they worked on it 2 months later. They never returned to fix their "warrantied" product even though I've made about 4 appointments. Don't waste your time or money on these people, they don't deserve it.
