Arnold Electrical And Remodeling

Mr Arnold was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He was recommended by the great people at Lowes and SERVPRO of Bedford County.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience with Mack Arnold of Arnold Electrical. 1) He came a day later than he told us. 2) I had to point out two things that were done incorrectly. 3) He charged us $85 more than the high end of what he quoted us. And was very rude when I asked him to explain the additional charges. 4) He was also rude to my employee because he had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get paid for the job because he would not allow us to mail him the check with an invoice. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
