Atlantic Tan Distributors is a company ( est. 1990 ) with years of experience. For me it has been a dream come true. My son, Buddy, father, Ron Boss Sr, and my wife Angela work for the company and I must say our FAMILY BUSINESS has proven to be a success.I started in the tanning industry in 1990 with a 3 bed salon called Atlantic Tan. Then in 1994, we opened the second location for Atlantic Tan, with the third and fourth location opening in 1997 and the last in 2003. In 2007, after successfully operating 4 tanning salons over 17 years, the salons were sold. This choice was made in order to devote more time to our distributorship and still have time for family.Atlantic Tan was founded on a few very basic principles, the customer is king and the customer signs our paychecks. We are here to serve our customers and bring back the "easy to do business with spirit" that seems to be lost in today's larger venture capital owned competitors. Atlantic Tan is unique in that we have no outside salesmen and only sell through distribution. Our overhead is low and products are competitive. Atlantic Tan is located in Harrisburg, NC ( 6 miles north of Charlotte, NC off Hwy 49. ) Atlantic Tan has grown substantially to a level we are all proud of since the eary days. This could not have happened without our loyal customers and suppliers, all of which enjoy working with a "FAMILY BUSINESS". We strive to be a company that treats its customers with great respect. We realize true value is not always about price, but about relationship. Our family builds relationships.
Maintaining the tanning bed is one of the best ways to get your darkest tan. Our technicians clean all lamps, acrylics, reflectors and filter glasses. This will increase your UVA and UVB (tanning) of the bed. Dust can clog the ventilation system and cause overheating. The overheating will eventually lead to damage to components and the acrylic. We will make sure fans and filters are dust free to insure proper operation.
Discontinued items, eyewear, sunless products, sunless machines/accessories, tanning equipment, lip products, cosmetics, body wrap kits or accessories and supplements will not be accepted for return credit, no exceptions. Have your original invoice number available for purchase verification. You will need to give Customer Service a complete detailed list of items to be returned. Freight charges on the return shipment are not the responsibility of Atlantic Tan. Customer is responsible for packaging items sufficiently to avoid any damage during shipping. If damage occurs, we will not be responsible for processing a credit.
