I have known Banks stores since 1994. From vacuums, to sewing machines... All have been professional, and knowledgeable. I'm glad to have done business with them for this long, and will continue to do so.��������������������
This is the second time I have dealt with the rudeness of your employees. The same kid Nick Stong has anasty attitude, I had to ask him if he was the owners son because that is the only way he is getting away with talking to customers the way he has talked to me. I have had repairs done the fan has had to be replaced twice, at this point I think the employees just say what ever they want to get you to pay. I am a paying customer and have spent several hundred dollars in this particular vacuum shop. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. The kid even had the nerve to tell me that his boss was standing right next to him when I asked if he was allowed to speak to customers that way. When I asked to speak to his boss the boss said he was in another room. Get your act together people, you're providing a service, one that you want return customers to keep coming back. Seems like customers or customer service is NOT A priority to your company.
The rep that I talked to on the phone was very understanding of my problem and we determined it was a bag that needed replacement.
The price matching of this place is incredible, they even brought up different coupons that work with my order making these already low prices even better.
This place was great. They helped me out figure out what vacuum is best suitable for my house. They took good care of me and i really appreciated it
Great guys, really know their stuff! Didn't have any issues at all, didn't try to get me to just buy the most expensive thing
