I never got to communicate with a human. I kept receiving answering machines (at 10am on a weekday, not some obscure time), after visiting their website and emailing an individual with my information hoping for an estimate and never receiving a response, I decided not to use their services. If you are okay with impersonal service, perhaps this may be the place for you. I can't vouch for their work past that.
