Bee Cab Inc

Bee Cab has always been really good to me. I know the cab business is really tough to keep customers happy but they have always done me right. There are definitely times during the day that every company has a super long wait time but as long as I plan accordingly it has never been an issue. I always try to kill them with kindness instead of calling and screaming at the dispatcher and it seems to work much better.

I needed a cab at 4:45 a.m., and called the day before to schedule one with Bee Cab. At 4:44, the driver showed up, on a slippery, snowy morning. Pleasant ride in a clean cab.

If I could give zero out of five, I would. We used this service earlier today and were given a 45 minute arrival time. After an hour, we called again for another estimate and were told 15 minutes. We called them again for a ride home and were told 15-20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, we called again to make sure a cab was coming and she told us he should be there any minute. After 15 more minutes of waiting we called a different cab company. Within 10 minutes both cabs arrived. Bee cabs driver was incredibly rude when we refused his ride. I will NEVER use bee cab's services again!

Used to be a good cab service. I called and was interrupted immediately. They don't care about their customers. Worst cab service in the La Crosse Area.

Appears to me Yelp really ought to limit their contributors to the truly literate. Bee cab is a great outfit. I have found their drivers to be friendly, courteous and professional. Especially that I.W- he is a real gentleman. In La Crosse, it is only Bee cab for me!

Do not even bother used to be a great cab company. YEARS ago. Noe Just seems like a bunch of people who really do not care one bit about doing their job correctly. I called to get a replacement cab from another company that did not show up. Dispatcher at BeeCab, told me " we dont like to mess with other cab companies like this" then hung up on me. This cab company should fire all employees, then hire new, and train them like you used to this could be a great company again. As it stands now, i will make sure every customer that asks me about a cab, i will tell them of this, and recommend a different company.
