I just cannot say enough great things about this company. My hubby and I returned from our vacation just to find our AC not working and the upstairs of our house blazing at 90 degrees. We decided to give Blanton's a try. My husband went on line to their website and placed a trouble ticket. Their customer service representative literally called us back as soon as we hit the send button. She scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us and around our schedule, not theirs. She called us back later to let us know that one of the technicians was done with another work order early and is available. She wanted to know if we would like for them to come out earlier than scheduled. We were done with our errands and gladly accepted. Few minutes later we received a call from the technician himself. He introduced himself and told us his exact time of arrival. When Larry showed up he was very professional and courteous. He had our AC fixed in no time. The price was very reasonable as well. Larry also gave us his free professional advise to pass on to our neighbor. He noticed an AC drainage problem at his house, which was causing staining on the siding. With this kind of professionalism it is not hard to see that this company is all about providing superior customer service. They will be the first number I dial should I need the service again. I will also recommend Blanton's to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Team Blanton !!!!!!!
Larry was great, he came on time, he explained what he had done and what the system had done, he stayed until he knew the system was cooling. Can't say enough good about him, very pleasant and knowledgeable
