Our service department is dedicated to maintaining and repairing standby power systems. We have trained power generation technicians. Our technicians are constantly attending factory and/or in-house training to assure they are current on the latest advances in generator technology and troubleshooting techniques.

Schedule Site Survey: Your Power Systems Specialist schedules an in home evaluation and planning session with you. Initial Visit: Your Power Systems Specialist gathers information about your project to determine power requirements, load calculation showing your load requirements. We explain necessary safety spacing and location of generator. We help you select the correct size of generator and appropriate transfer switch to fit your budget and your power requirements. Proposal: A complete and thorough explanation of the equipment required for the power needs of the buyer is provided. Specification sheets are sent along with our quote containing all the information about what will be furnished and installed. Permitting: If the installation is in an area that requires permitting, a permit is applied for and granted prior to starting any work. Pad installation: Appropriate pad will be built for the recommended Generator. Electrical systems installation: Electrical is installed by our licensed electricians according to the National Electric Code and any speci
