California Limousine Service

Awful. Let me first start off with I am 17 and our group was going to winter formal. There were 22 kids. I understand since we are kids the driver may be like uh oh but I tried to be very mature and well prepared. Driver was friendly until he swiped the credit card. Once he knew he was getting his money for driving kids around he became very rude. First of all the limo was cheap, dvd player was broken, effects at the front had someone else's gum floating in it, tvs didn't work, heater didn't work, ac wouldn't turn off (it was 40 degrees outside all night) second I tried making his job as easy as possible, we had quite a few stops (Dropping kids off at home, dinner afterwards, and the dance of course.) so I figured I would help him out and print out directions for him in order which we would do the "activities" the entire time I was explaining where to go, fastest way, easiest exit since it was a h2 etc.. he was rolling his eyes at me saying we cant do all these stops there's no way you will be done in your 7 hours rolling his eyes giving attitude. I tried to stay mature and just play it off and don't let it bug me. After the dance we go eat, no problem grab in n out real quick then go. On our way to the first kids drop off we were playing music he rolled the privacy divider down and told us to shut the he** up. I ignored that, strike two. Then going to make the next drop there was a slight mix up with directions cause he took the wrong exit so i went up and was explaining to him how to get there. He pulled to the side of the road and said f***ing kids don't know what their doing. STRIKE THREE! He's now throwing his packet of directions and we finally figure it all out and make the drop. After that we have 5 stops left. All within 2 miles of each other and we have about 45 minutes left. He pulls to the side of the road and says over the intercom "if you aren't done by 1:30 you guys have to get out and walk home". Not cool because he sat there for 20 minutes to waste our time so we had 25 minutes and 5 stops. After dropping three off 2 left and they were right next to each other his clock on the car said 1:30 he pulled to the side opened the door and said get out. When every phone said it was still 1:20. In the end very unprofessional, unfriendly, and a cheap limo.
