Our family hit a low spot in life for aonth so ended up unable to make a payment on our loan and vehicle got repossessed. In an attempt to find put payoff to get vehicle back my husband called the Manchester Expy location. He spoke with Linda at the location. There was a lot questions we had and info to find out to retroeve pur vehicle back he was interrupted throughput whole call. He was very short and at end of talk he informed Linda of her unprofessional attitude she informed my husband how much she hayed dealing with him and he needed to shut his mouth and stop speaking until SHE finished. Linda is rude unprofessional and hopefully she doesn't speak to all customers in this fashion especially a Disabled Veteran who put his life on the line for ALL she has!! He asked if payment could be handled on cashier check form and was told Cash Only thru Walmart Money Gram ONLY. Today I received certified letter from them and in plain sight black and white it stated Cash Money Order or CASHIER CHECK acceptable forms of payment! So Linda......how are WE going to be taken care of in this matter? I think we deserve a formal public apology and in some way some fees should be handled properly for YOUR Awful Customer Service and multiple mistakes and rudeness. We also not allowed to retrieve belongings out of vehicle at time of repo and in letter plainly stated we were to be allowed this opportunity by the towing company picking up vehicle! So again I ask: Linda how can this matter be handled properly? I would appreciate a call from Your Supervisor and someone from your Corporate Office. My name is Amy Campbell and you know how to contact Me and my Husband. Thank you. Hopefully this matter is handled before we come to your location and have to involve the whole store and Linda and avoid any embarrassment to Linda and the store.
