Clean Cut Lawn Svc & Mntnc

I would NOT recommend this company. After scheduling them to cut down a tree and had J.U.L.I.E. come out, I emailed the VP Jake who had scheduled the appointment the day before to confirm them coming out and get a time we could expect them. After not receiving an email back I called the business line directly the day of and was informed that each individual worker keeps their own tree cutting schedule. When I called Jake he informed me he had "just got back from vacation" (on a Friday?) and that he had meant to call me and informed me that somehow I didn't get on the schedule and that his guys where out for the day-he then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to rescheduled.



This company is clearly not organized and doesn't care about customers. Understanding that things happen, had I been informed of this "mishap" the day before we would still be using them to cut down our tree. I can tell you by the conversation I had with the VP of the company that they had no intention of calling.
