Clearwater Lawn & Landscape Inc.

This company was hired for lawn care and maintenance for our small HOA (~28 homes). We had problems from the start, they were supposed to aerate in March, which wasn't done. They said it would be done within 2 weeks, which it was not. The lawns were mowed too short or not at all. Several lawns were sporadically missed constantly. Weed eating was not done well. Weeding was not done at all and should have been done weekly. Needless to say that even with communication with the company about our concerns and expectations, they backed out of their agreement.
