Contemporary Landscape Designs

I would recommend not using this company for your design work. The designing piece is nice, but customer service is very bad......horrible, in fact. I waited months to get responses on 2 different occasions. The crews they use don't know what they're doing and apparently don't get trained either. They don't amend the ground and place shrubs in pure clay. I've lost three beautiful shrubs that were over 10 yrs old when CL transplanted them. Of the shrubs they planted new, 7 died. One of those had to be replaced twice, and it took forever for me to get it replaced both times. The last time, the workers told me that CL doesn't replace shrubs anymore. WHAT?? They also told me that the owner wouldn't replace the half dead tree they were digging out if he saw it. He would want me to nurse it back. I suggested he plant it in his yard and nurse it back....they laughed and said no way would he do that. Good enough for me, but not for him, I guess. I spent thousands of dollar with CL. No more!
