Craig's Towing & Repair

Terrible experience with this company. They poach lots and wait for an opportunity to tow someone to make their money. They do not care about you as a person! I had an elderly lady come into my place of work for less than 5 min. Craig's towing was there waiting! Within the 5 min of me getting her back outside to move her car and help her find a close enough parking place the tow truck was backing up to block this poor lady's car in. The driver, Colin, then demanded $63 for him to move his truck so she could move and park elsewhere. When I asked for him to let her move her car since he wasn't hooked up he began cussing and acting very unprofessional with no care of this elderly lady. When we refused to pay he went on to hook her car up to his truck as she was sitting in it. Let me remind you that she is nearly 80 years old. This went on long enough for him to tack on another $63 because we were taking up his time. This was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I just want to ask him how he would feel if someone treated his grandmother this way? And if this is how this company runs I ask that you do not use them for any services!! All they want is your money.

Blew a tire yesterday on a busy highway in rural La Crosse County. I Live in a different county and was unfamiliar with towing providers in the area. The repair shop that my vehicle was going to be towed to recommended Craig's Towing. Tow truck showed up promptly as told by dispatch. The tow truck driver was very careful and profession in handling my vehicle. Tow truck driver was 'normal' and not creepy at all. Very nice experience. Was in a stressful situation and had I received a creepy, late, or unprofessional tow truck driver/company, it would have made things worse. Very nice man and did not solicit any money or favors from me, as friends have told me about some of their bad tow truck driver experiences. I would recommend Craig's towing to friends, family, or co-workers and I would use them again!
