Discount Flooring

just found the perfect carpet! the guy who loaded it was so nice, he didnt mind all my questions either... the lady who sold it to me was beyond helpful

We found the flooring we was looking for here! Lowes had the same thing but was almost $2 higher!!! I am so happy! The sales people here are fantastic!

The following is a list of the problems we encountered: 1. The owner ordered the wrong carpet and claims we are wrong. I know what I chose but she insists on arguing with me. 2. The quarter round was incorrectly installed and they are refusing to make the repairs. 3. The floor boards are separating and we have contacted them multiple times over the last two months to get repairs made. The floors have still not been repaired. 4. The quality or customer service (or lack thereof) has been atrocious.
