I absolutely love the level of quality and professionalism that I have received over 20 years from the DeKalb Office of EMEPA. I have never had an unresolveable issue with them. My most recent experiences with the office have been with Mrs. Hynesha Drake and she is a joy to speak with - helpful and courteous at ALL times. No matter what the issue - she puts it on her list and completes the task well. THUMBS UP!
