installed a new part for a bath sink faucet. Will not function properly even after they came back a second time. It's the pull up for the plunger sink plug that holds the water in the bowl. Was very hard to move and was told just to use it and it would get better. "WRONG" It's gotten worse as it takes almost two hands to move it now. I'm in the process of contacting another more qualified Plumber at the moment. They did well on several other small jobs they did.
