Emergency Cesspool was very good in communicating appointments and showed up on time! Also, work was done in timely manner and neat-which is different from other cesspool companies that I've used. Highly recommended.

Just had a these guys at my house to do the work, which turned out to be quite a lot. They were great. More than I wanted to spend but definitely justified in the work that needed to be done. I watched the guys the whole time to make sure I wasnt getting hustled and I definitely wasnt, which is good I guess. The lead guy who was at my house was pretty smart about his job and kept things as neat as they could be so that was good too. Im only giving it four stars because I dont give anything 5 stars unless it was amazing and having my septic system done just doesnt strike me as amazing lol. All in all a good solid company. Definitely would use them again.

i always used the same guy for this type of thing. he swore up and down that pumping is the only thing a cesspool ever needs. well turns out he was either stupid or lying. after i couldnt get in touch with him and my wife freaking out about easter guests arriving, i called this company bc the name says emergency. they came and actually taught me about my system, showed me how it all worked, explained why their procedure works and it makes perfect sense. i thought my cesspools needed to be done every year. they did, but only because this guy wasnt doing the right job. it was so impacted with hard solids!! anyway they did a great job, put down grass seed, cleaned up. they really did a great job all around. wifes happy im happy. money well spent

really pleased that I called this company. they came out on Christmas eve and not only stopped my back up so that our holiday wasn't ruined (my daughters first Christmas) but they were the only ones who answered the phone and were nice about it. I talked to two other and they basically told me I was out of luck. I had them come back after Christmas to do work that we had discussed, and my fiancé and I are really pleased. Id definitely use them agin.

This company came to my house in a nice truck. My neighbor had there cesspool cleaned and i realized i never did mine in the 13 years i lived here. I called around and every place answered the phone shouting "service" and i never knew who i was calling. I called Emergency and they answered so nicely and the girl on the phone seemed so willing to educate me and not just to get an appointment like the others. The driver came to the house and he explained how the system works and what exactly i have at my house. all in all i felt the money i spent was worth it and definetely reasonable.

I recently used this company to do a cesspool inspection on the house I was interested in buying. They recomended that I video inspect the house main line and it was really good I did. the house had a major root problem that was causing issues with the main line that they were trying to hide, and they also said that they had newer cesspools installed, but they really didnt- they just had once installed for the washing machine, but the other ones for the house were made out of blocks and bricks which are really old and dangerous (I googled it just to be sure). All in all, the rest of the house was great and my attorney was able to get me a substantial amount of money back in closing and Emergency cesspool is going to be my company for as long as I own this house. From start to finish they made it informative and reasonable and I feel like i got a good deal.
