This had to be the BIGGEST RIP-OFF I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. They charged me $90 to remove TWO screws from my dryer and clean the lint out of the blower motor. The technician was here for a grand total of about 5 minutes!



It should be CRIMINAL to charge $90 for 5 minutes worth of work. NO PARTS and one minute of labor. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

My heater wasn't working so I found Eugene appliance through yellowpages and decided to give them a call because of the great reviews. I'm glad I did because they were able to fix it in a timely manner, they were professional, and overall it was a great experience. If I ever have another appliance problem, I'll be sure to come back to Eugene Appliance!

If I could give 6 stars I gladly would. The best personalized heating/air/electrical service. I have been doing business with him for several years now and will continue to do so. He is also very honest and trustworthy.

I had a problem with my wall furnace. He went out of his way to meet my availability, fixed the problem, and took extra steps to realign the burners so they delivered a clean flame.
