Floor Care Plus, Ltd.

I have floor care plus clean 4 of my businesses and have never had a single issue. With my busy schedule I can schedule in advance or if I need an emergency cleanup they have always been a phone call away. Patrick Stein is a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend checking them out

Had them clean my carpets 8\14 and the quality was amazing! These guys got stains out of my carpet that I didn't even know could be removed. The supervisor Mike was very helpful and courteous. They were in and out in no time so I could get back to my day.

While not actually a customer, I am writing this to let people know about the quality of employee they have particularly a supervisor named Mike. He and his crew parked in tennenat parking. While it was necessary for the service vehicles to park there (mind you, the service vehicles had permission not Mike's personal vehicle) it was not the case for his vehicle. I asked him to move it, and he told me he'd move it when he was done dropping drinks off to his crew. I asked him to move it to the curb directly behind him and he told me to call the cops if I didn't like it. I went in side to call and heard him telling his crew to tell the police that I was the one that threatened him. I came out and proceeded to take pics to back myself up, and he and a couple of employees proceeded to record me and harass me. I was told that the landlord was on the property. When going to the apartment she was in, Mike told me that i better get away from him because he was scared of me, was elderly, and that he had MS. Wow, what kind of low life do you have to be to use that? It made me feel mad, because I know people with that disease and they'd never use it for leverage or cor any other ill gottenm gain. I found her and she made him move his vehicle (which had no displayed licence plate). In summary, I can't speak for their quality if work, but I can say that their employees are rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. This, unfortunately, does not reflect well on my view of this company as a whole.
