Was happy with the end result, but a few bumps getting there. Overall, they did a good job replacing our hot water heater quickly, but permits and inspections took a long time. I had to wait until everything was completed before I could submit to my insurance company, and it took over a month from start to finish. However, I would hire them again.

Because we had no water, Tom was quick to get to the house and do what needed to be done. There was some hard and dirty work to do, but he didn't hesitate to get in there and get it done - he definitely knows what he's doing! Always returned our calls with follow up items. I would definitely recommend Garon T Plumbing.

I would never ever call another plumbing/heating service to my house under any circumstances. When my heating system ceased to function on a very cold winter holiday, some didn't respond, others said they were on their way, another came to "evaluate" the situation, render a diagnosis and promised service but never showed. Tom Garon came, checked, found the neccessary parts, returned to install and returned to check how it all functioned more than once. I have been warm ever since and eternally grateful. Also,I had a leak coming through the ceiling on a previous occasion, no one could find it and others only acted like plumbers. Tom found and repaired the leak before further damage resulted. He's honest, he's there and he knows what he's doing!
