Gonzales Towing & Repair Inc

This company is HORRIBLE to deal with! They towed my car 5 miles, stored it uncovered for 5 days and charged me $400.00. But that truly isn't the worst part!! The lady that works there told me that she would only charge me $100.00 if I brought her the title. When I asked her the breakdown of the charges she became angry and said that the deal was off and I had to pay full price!! These people are rude and very high priced! I would highly suggest if you feel you have been done wrong by this company filing a complaint with the Louisiana Public Service Commission!!!
