        Employee's are rude and service is average

        My husband and I stayed here and from checkin to checkout we were just not happy with the staff. They are rude or at best just ignore you. The good news is that there are two Hyatt hotels in DC so we have another option and can still stay loyal tot he Hyatt brand.
