I am very delighted i got my appraisal done with Homeland. A gentlemen name Mike came to my house to do the appraisal he was very polite and answered all the questions i had. They promised me the report the next day and the next day it was in my email box, they were also kind enough to print out a hard copy for me and mail it. I wanted to put my house up for sale and i thought my real estate agent was low-balling the estimate thanks to my their appraisal when i finally sold it, i got more money from the sale as their appraisal value truly relfected the market.

I spoke with Ash to make an appointment, he was very friendly and professional. He was able to explain the whole appraisal process to me before scheduling an appointment. Their service was excellent as i got my report back within 24 hours, as well thanks to their appraisal i was able to get my home equity line of credit back with Chase. We had Mike come buy to do a tax grievance appraisal, he was thorough and efficient. The inspection took about 25 minutes and he got me the report the next day as promised to meet the submission deadline.
