I hired Juliette to shoot my family/newborn session & can not tell you how highly disappointed I am at the results & un professionalism with her & her husband Josh. When I emailed her for pricing information I was given back this package : 350$ 4 hours of shooting time, 25 fully edited online image gallery, 10 images on a cd along with 25 birth announcements. During the shoot, I repeatedly asked Juilette if she captured good shots , asked if we needed to take more. She insisted we had several good shots. Once she emailed my password to view the proofs, my husband & I could not believe the results before us. The shots were over photoshopped to where my newborn didn't even look like herself, her face was blurred out in some & worse she looked lost amongst the "props". I immediately emailed Juliette back & she admitted to these faults and agreed that she wasn't happy & she would re shoot. Once we arrived at the re shoot we were given attitude & she refused to do certain poses that I wanted. She also rushed us under an hour for this re-do. She emailed that night with the re shoot and they were AWFUL. I then so upset took a couple days to email her with my feelings, once I did this is when the real nightmare started. She avoided my phone calls , then had her husband call me & harass me, laugh at me and refuse to make right on this matter. He would not listen to me , he expressed that it was "too bad". He also tried to belittle my husbands career as Firefighter (I have no idea why that even came up), he tried to argue with me , spoke over me and was completely unprofessional. I now can never get that time back to redo a newborn shoot with a different photographer. I hope that I can warn as many people as I can to avoid this heart breaking experience. I also hope that Julietee learns from this experience and makes her customers satisfaction first so her business can thrive.
