Jiffy Lube

I took my car in to have a simple oil change at the Jiffy Lube located on Atlanta RD (Hwy 9) next to Lakeside Plaza Shopping Center in Cumming, Georgia. This makes the 4th time I made that mistake with Jiffy Lube. NOTE: the other 3 times were at different locations around Atlanta. However, there is one thing that is STANDARD at ALL the locations, i.e., they break other parts on your car and then deny they did. The short list of what they have done is as follows: they lost oil plug and tried to charge me for a new one, bent my wiper blades when cleaning windows, unplugged spark plug wires so car runs eradiate, etc., etc., etc. However, at this location they punched a small hole in my window washing reservoir when trying to remove my oil filter and then disconnected the hoes lines. They fill your reservoir with fluid as "a courtesy" but then it spilled from my car into "there pit" and onto the employee in said pit. They then had the nerve to state that it was an existing problem. When we went into the pit and asked said employee which tools he used when removing oil filter he pointed to only and the raised knobs of said tool fit perfectly into said hole. I then asked Manager if it's common for hose lines to disconnect themselves? He had no answer but his employee did, he stated "what do you expect when you purchased the cheapest oil change we have?" "A perfect job" was my reply. However, Silly me, I didn't read the fine print under Company Motto where it states "you pay less you get less." However, this razor sharp employee did not know I went for the top quality oil change and even paid extra for it. The Manager yelled at said employee (in front of me) for shooting his mouth off and said he'll discount my oil change. I told him I have a better idea! Let's call the Police and I will press charges against you for fraud to start with. Manger was then really pis -ed off and demanded I leave, never to come back and not to worry about paying for alleged oil change. I wasn't stupid. I demanded everything in writing. Of course he did not do that. He did give me a hand written receipt that I received a free oil change. As far as their rating is concerned, I'd have to give it a negative 5 stars but seeing how you can't do that I'm forced to give them a one star.
